• Lean Manufacturing We follow lean concepts to help us in every stage of the PLC.
• Kaizen Continuous improvement is one of our most important practices. We always spend effective time on how products or processes can be improvised. We have been successful in implementing Kaizen for many operations.
• Customer end requirements in case of any rework or rejection from customer end, we immediately follow up with the correction and attend to the customer with 8D, 5WHY and correction reports as per requirement.
